How do I submit measurements?

Once you place the order for stitched outfit, we will send you a measurement form that you should fill and send us back and we will get your outfit stitched accordingly.

 

I am plus size can you customize or stitch outfit for my sizes?

In most of the cases yes we can do it. But this highly depends upon the design of the outfit, embroidery and other work done on the outfit. If you are flexible we can customize any outfit as per your sizes. Please contact us with product code or image of the product before you place the order.

 

Can you make custom outfit for me?

We love to make custom dresses for you such as bridal lehenga choli, sherwani for men and many other outfits for you. Just send us an email with your ideas, pictures and budget. Our design team will contact you for further details and quote.

 

How long it takes you to deliver an order?

We ship within 15-20 days. If you have ordered stitched outfit we need additional 3 to 5 working days.
Shipping time depends upon availability of product with our suppliers, therefore it vary from product to product. 
For your convenience we have mentioned tentative shipping date on each product page. 
Need it sooner?  Please contact us if you need your order to be delivered earlier before you place order.

 

How much is shipping charges?

Shipping charges vary from country to country and total weight of the order. If you have any questions please contact us along with product code, quantity you want to order and delivery country and we will give you exact shipping price.

 

Can I calculate shipping charges before I place order?

Yes you can calculate the shipping charges. To do this,

  1. Add all the outfits to the shopping cart, update the quantity you want to order.
  2. Now click on shopping cart link in top right corner of the website (Just below currency symbol).
  3. On shopping cart page, scroll down and you will find ESTIMATE SHIPPING form.
  4. Enter shipping country, state and zip/pin/postcode, and click on Get Quote button.
    And it will calculate total shipping charges for your order.

Is the shipping charge calculated on weight of the package?

The shipping charges are calculated on the total weight of number of products in your order. You can view the shipping cost once you enter your shipping details during checkout.

 

Can I track the package once you ship it?

Yes, you will receive an email with the Tracking Code once your order is shipped.

  

Can you deliver to any country in the world?

Yes, we deliver to almost all countries in the world. If your country is not listed in delivery options during checkout, please contact us.

 

How can I return a product if I do not like it?

We accept returns within 14 days once you receive your order. To return it please contact us at support@dazzle2u.com

What is return shipping address?

Can I return stitched or customized outfits?

Yes we accept return on stitched or customized outfits too. We understand that there could be mistakes on our end or your end. But we do not want to enforce it on you and hence we accept returns on all outfits as long as it is not used.

 

Will I get a full refund if I return the product?

Yes you will get full refund or if you like you can make another purchase with equivalent amount of returned order. We refund the exact amount you paid for your order.

We do not refund for return shipping or any local taxes or custom duties paid by you.

 

Are there any charges for refunds, if I return an item?

There is no restocking fee when you return your outfits. We refund full amount that you have paid for your order.

 

How can I pay for my order?

We accept payments through Paypal. You do not have to have a paypal account to make payment.

How do I know that you have received my payments?

Once payment is confirmed you will receive an order confirmation email.

 

My card is declined, What should I do?

Please recheck if you have given your card details correct. If so, please contact your banks and explain them that you are trying to purchase from an online store. Your banks might block your cards for security issues. Alternatively contact us to arrange alternate payment methods.

 

Can I pay using bank transfer? Where do I get details of your bank account?

Sorry at present we do not accept bank transfer.

 

I do not have a paypal account, How can I pay?

When you checkout and make payment, you will be taken to paypal page. Just below login window you will see a button to make payment without paypal account. Click there and you can make payment with your credit or debit card without having paypal account.

 

What is billing address?

The address where you receive your card statements is called billing address

 

What is shipping address?

The address where you would like to deliver the goods is called the shipping address

 

Can billing address and shipping address be different?

Yes, you can give a different shipping address.

 

Who pays custom duty?
